Hello, does anyone have a recommendation for some cheap earphones to wear while falling asleep? Unfortunately, I have some inconsiderate neighbours who in the summer stay up to the early hours in their garden, which just happens to be below my bedroom. I need something that is comfortable when lying on my side (I can't fall asleep on my back). I'm not too concerned about sound quality. I tried foam ear plugs last summer, but I could still hear my neighbours and so I need good isolation and music to block them out. I also considered those special earphones for sleeping, but I don't fancy wearing a headband during the summer months. Thanks in advance.
