What is the cheapest decent amp that improves E2C?
(or at least an amp that significantly improves the E2c)

Do you think it's worth the money?

I'm gonna go ahead and say it's probably not worth it. Upgrade your IEM first.

I do have about $800 to play with but, i wanna keep it thin/portable/cheap as possible.
