I love my MPX3 SLAM toaster, but one thing that always bothered me: The felt feet. It had no friction on any surface except perhaps for velcro

As such, the amp would slide around when I was plugging in or unplugging headphones, turning it on and off, unplugging and plugging in the rca cables and power cord, etc...

So finally I broke down and ordered these rubber feet:

The hardest part was getting the felt feet off, the adhesive used was unusually strong and hard to remove, I ripped off the feet but the layer of sticky adhesive sill stuck fast to the bottom of the amp, and it would not come off via normal means (rubbing alcohol, fantastik, etc...).

In the end, I was able to get it off by applying some acetone based gel to the adhesive and let it sit for a few minutes. This worked very well, the adhesive literally turned into a goo which came off easily with rubbing alcohol.

Then it was simply a matter of sticking on the new rubber feet. I am quite satisfied with the results! The amp is extremely stable now! It no longer slides around, at all. I recommend this to all the people who own a toaster
