I think it's a Chinese amp made by Opera/Consonance. (Or was consonance the name of their amp?...I forget.)
These items are pretty rare in the US, that I've seen, but they've been around Australia for quite a while now, and I've read many reviews praising their products in general, from preamps to speakers to monoblocks.
Opera/Consonance is one of those few Chinese companies who have made a name for themselves in the retail market, not OEM, along with Jolida and Shanling.
