Hey, I'd love to make this meet but Florida is completely out of the question in April. I'll be in Illinois and elsewhere in the Midwest trying to catch up on some work.

I can make it any weekend in April, May, or June. After that, it gets tricky.

Just got off the phone with Embassy Suites and April 4 and 11 are still available in case we need to move the date.

i vote all the members just post the dates they are certain to come as opposed to ones they think MIGHT work. this way raffy doesnt have to keep going back and forth between dates. the final decision rests upon the meet meisters head.

cj - 4th/11th april. i think having a meet in may might be a little too optimistic. (canjam just around the corner).

Too close to CanJam for me and I'm out of town too many weekends this month already. Why not shot for something in the summer, say July. The more time between any Orlando meet and CJ '09 the more likely to have a bigger group in attendance.
