cdp brands to look for on used market?

so i'm looking around on craigslist and such for a good used cdp; suggestions for brands to search for? i'm looking for something that probably retailed in the $500-$1000 range orginally

i'm gonna pair it with a vintage amp and my energy c-9 speakers
