I started to archive my CD collection (Jesus wept).
I wanted to save space and get rid of jewel cases.
after digging (a lot!) I found this http://www.discoguard.com/en/cd-dvd-sleeves/polythene-cd-sleeves-booklet-cd-inlay

They are decent for the price!

Why not just rip the CDs to file form? Then you'd require even less storage space.
