I am sure Cayin will take care of it. When it comes back though, go into “System Settings” ( a swipe up from the bottom as you know, then choose it). Please make sure Lock Screen and then key lock are both on. Now, this is key, once the above are done press the entry for “key lock settings.” Make sure “Lock Volume,” “lock play/pause,” and “Lock pre/next” are all shown in yellow and locked. This will make sure when you lock the screen, all of these settings are locked. If “lock play/pause” shows as unlocked, then locking the screen will not lock the pause button.Yes, I did try Pause lock a while ago but locking the Pause didn't make any difference. Just meant I had to unlock my N8 so I could get out of Pause and the music would play again. I am sending it back to Cayin and will use the screen controls when it comes back from repair. Yes, it's frustrating but it's very minor issue in reality and I own other DAP's which I can use in the meantime. Frankie, thank you for your interest.
Hopefully between this and Cayin looking at your N8, the problem will be forever gone. Please let me know. Tks.
