Cayin N7: A Voyager of Unexplored Frontier

I charged my recently purchased N7 to 97% and it froze up. Wouldnt switch off with power button, not even held on for a longish time. Screen wouldn’t work. So I pressed in power button and next track button next to power button and off it went. Switched back in and all OK. Is this something a few of you have come across.

It hasn't happened to me but I wouldn't worry about the odd freeze with an Android device (or any other OS) unless it becomes freqeuent. Enjoy your new N7!

Mine would freeze when I had too many apps on such as Facebook, messenger and YouTube. I just have YouTube on now.

Mine froze when loading 2tb library into uapp. It works fine now.

I did have to send mine back though as the pre out wasn’t working properly.

Contact Cayin through Aliexpress store if you have further problems. They are very responsive and very helpful.

It was a worry sending mine back to China but the turnaround was very fast and sent back via fedex so it was back very fast.
