with stock amp yes

The Amazon store app, or Amazon music? You should be able to install anything on the N6ii.

I've not had any issues pairing the N6ii with any Bluetooth source or speaker. Not tried anything Roland though.

Same here, nevertheless I would say N6ii is better in absolute terms, I just prefer the signature and performance wise they’re on the same plane (aside from battery life, but dual DAC vs single for A01 and bigger battery is unfair comparison).

I find the N6ii punchier, more dynamic, there is more body, slam and overall energy.
DX228/9 is more neutral as well as for me (yes) more laid back. Contrary to what I have read a lot I don’t find N6ii/A01 laid back at all...

Come on guys, at this price (and performance) point this is more about personal preferences and also gear synergy... can’t go wrong with either unless you don’t like the signature... I know I never dug the SP1000 but with the AMP it’s quite nice.

Ibasso was bought first so Im with n6-2 now))
And now I want to try dx160. Very positive feedbacks

Never thought about this. Too much weight, no streaming in good quality and overpriced

So you think you will enjoy the cheaper ibasso over the dx220 ? Maybe the dx90 is even better.
