Hello Cayin. Great service - I've only had my N6 a few weeks (which I really, really enjoy listening to) and already two firmware upgrades! wonderful. A quick question if I may: when I change between songs I hear a click - I don't mind it (reminds me a little of using vinyl records from many years ago and dropping the needle on a new track) but is that 'normal'? Do all the players 'click' when changing songs/tracks? Thankyou

Anyone who is interested you can download the tool and DIY colorful themes for our N6. In above link there is also an instruction to teach you how to work your own theme besides Theme A and Theme B. Enjoy it and have fun.

The manual error. Folder "res" should be renamed "n6" and make the file "pack.bat" string "packtools --pack -i n6 -o n6.fw -m n6".
Otherwise, the player firmware will generate an error.

thanks very much boxroller. Manual is OK but there is one mistake on the Firmwaretools we have uploaded. We have already corrected the tool and re-uplodaed. Please help try again.

Good day boxroller. It is not an error. It is our setup. 
 
If "Scheduled Power Off" is on the player will turn off at scheduled time. Once it has been turned off the player will restore and you need to set it up again if you want the player to be turned off in a scheduled time.

My Cayin N6 will not support any DSD 128 files, even with the latest firmware (either v3.0 or 3.1).    Anyone have a suggestion?

Hi Jmills8, thanks and hope you enjoy our N6. You can check what is the FW version of yours. Our lastest version of firmware for N6 is V4.3 and you can download here if you need.
