I don't think the order number represents the number of liquid carbon orders. More than likely the first 400 or so were orders for their other amps eg:liquid gold etc cause they use a general order number system for the whole website.

Skipping the product page I didn't see if there was an option to select 115V PS like their other products.  Did anyone see anything like that?
 
I assume they'll just ship the 115 V to all North American shipments.

More or less around ~200 orders. No way to know unless we knew what the last order number was before this sale

The liquid carbon should have a universal power supply which works with all voltages. 240/110v etc

One of the major benefits of SMPS is that it works with all voltages. You should be fine.
