Just got home to find my cat looking at something under a bookshelf. With a bit of peeking around, I found that there was a live mouse under there that my cat had probably brought in. Now its moved around and I'm not sure where it is under our big bookcase and I cant get it out!!!! What should I do?

The cat will take care of it.

(Oh, and a friendly correction: I think you meant 'brought').

Aaaw so cute... My cat was scared of the last mouse it bought in. The mouse was like a warrior mouse or something. It stood up with its little fingers curled into fists and the cat kinda put its paw towards it then drew it back real fast, because the mouse kinda attacked the cats paw.

Great! Managed to get the mouse out using tongs. It was so scared though... I put it down the bottom of the garden, and it just cowered in a corner, all curled up in a little ball. And on the way out, I found ANOTHER mouse outside the door, this time dead. My cat must love me HEAPS!

We had a cat some years ago, and he brought in a mouse once, it run in under the dishwasher, than the cat just sat there and waited the whole day. Late that evening the mouse run out and BANG the cat was all over him, then I just opened the door and the cat run out with the mouse. If your cat gets over the fear of the DANGEROUS mouse I guess he will take care of the problem.
