Hey Everyone
I started wearing my SR-80's on the subway (with the volume low so I don't annoy everyone) and I wondered if throwing them in my bag was safe to do. When I have space I bring the original packaging but I wondered if you had any suggestions for keeping them safe and protected. Improv cases? Saran wrap? Never removing them from your head?

I use a soft case that they usually sell on ebay. It is very practical.

I got a Grado hard case on Ebay for around 10.00 shipped. They are good for the SR60s to the SR225s. I haven't seen one for a while. The one on Ebay right now is being sold by a different person when I brought mine about 3 months ago. Best of luck to you

I've been carrying my Grado's just in my backpack to and from school for the past 3 years. Very tough headphones.

Go to goodcans.com and check out the 10" accessory bag. It works perfect for me. It is even lined.

You're going to kill your ears listening to open cans on the train, no matter how low you THINK you're listening.
