Hi.
Bought Ztella MQA external DAC (having USB type C connector) from Zorloo with the adapter cable to use it with my iPhone. After several usages the adapter stopped functioning. Surprisingly, I cannot find audio adapter cable for replacement, what is offered seems to support charging and data sync only.
Is there any 100% working hi quality audio transmitting solution out there - adapter cable or just adapter?
Thanks.

This one is the only adapter that I know of, and is recommended by Audeze for their cipher lightning cables.

I've seen this one, but it is opposite from what I need. I need Lightning male <=> USB type C female... I was unable to find the right one from Anker, probably missed it somehow

yes, i realized it after posting the reply. If I understand correctly, What you are looking for is a way to send digital audio from a lightning enabled iPhone to a usb-c dac. Since usb-c standard is backward compatible with older usb devices, one option is to use the Apple lightning camera adapter which sends digital audio data From lightning to usb 2.0/3.0 devices. Then get a small usb type a male to usb-c female dongle to connect your usb-c dac on the other end. That is expected to work.

(instead of the expensive Apple branded camera adapter, you can get something like this, which would do the job)

I think it might work... But I am worried about total amount of adapters I will have =))) Each connection potentially deteriorates the sound, adding noises, etc... Also, it will look clumsy. So, if there is no one adapter in my case - I think I will need to demand replacement from the seller...

I agree, it will look clumsy. Such is the state of the world, we are at mercy of those who design cable standards and those who sell adapters.
if the adapter broke soon after purchase, it might be the best to take it up with the manufacturer.
