ATH-A900X and Sens HD 598. I also agree: don't buy gaming headset even though there are good options, but with such budget, getting a proper headphone will give you way more value and sound quality (and you can always do mod mic).
I actually use my Shure SE535 for gaming lol. Sound isolation is fun for gaming

Sennheiser HD600/650 or Sennheiser HD700? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm its approx a $50 difference. Plus I dont have an amp which i was going to ask about after decided which headphones I would buy.

I've not heard the HD700's so I cannot comment... but I assume neither have you, so go give them a listen if you can. The internet reports the 6 vs 7-series have very different sound signatures. Which one you'd prefer... I cannot say.

BTW... Sennheiser/Massdrop HD6xx are $199... those are rebranded HD650's.
