Being a new member, I was trying to submit a new Avatar but received the following pop-up msg...
"{"status":"error","message":"Your account does not have the required permissions to access this page."}"
 
Not very descriptive.
 
Maybe the admin could include the exact reason for the error and include a direct link to the FAQ regarding the error.

As you can see, I got my Avatar changed already.  But I had to dig around.
