HD212's. not sure about the highs, but they do have good lows. at the price i've yet to hear better from the competition.

Buy a used K81DJ, with no cable mods, etc. Purely stock. Make sure the foam inserts are there. Removing the foam inserts will make the highs more pronounced, so start with the foam in.

Guys...don't you think i'm able to find bassy cans?? Every second set of cheap phones are bassy. I need to find cans exaggerated both in highs and bass.
Don't offer Hd 212, 202, 205, 485, 457, eh 150, k81dj, k26p, k27i etc...

The AKG K81DJ, hands down. Not quite $50, but exactly what you're looking for, so I'm recommending it anyway. I've never heard a can that had such a dished midrange in relation to the bass and treble.

You could get very lucky and find a pair of the UE super.fi 5 Pro for that price.

HAHA. Not cans but the Super Fi 5s seem to have bass and highs with recessed mids.

$88 at Ecost. (Keep in mind that that store has poor Reseller reviews though.)

Thanks for the grattitude. K81dj have boosted bass and highs. How about just using the computer's EQ instead.
