Thank you very much for referring me to the helpful posts. Unfortunately, my problem is that there simply is no "My Profile" tab anywhere on the webpages I am presented with on the site (I have looked thoroughly). Not sure if you can log into my account and see what I am referring to, but the tab just isn't there. Thanks again for your help.

If you look to the nav bar, you'll see your avatar. Mouse over that, and you'll see something like this:
 

 
Simply click your username (as I would click mine in the above image), and you will be able to edit your profile.
