Question: generally what time does the event open and close its doors? What time does it start on Saturday?

CanJam Socal 2021 ran from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

Different strokes for different folks. Not using EQ doesn't necessarily mean a person is an audiophile. Wouldn't you say an audiophile critiques the gear while an audio enthusiast listens to the music?

Agreed, there are many ways to enjoy audio! Personally, I enjoy hearing different flavors and usually I can enjoy music with almost any headphone, but EQ is one more thing to play with. I don’t have a problem with EQ… but usually I don’t use it. I listen for fun, not perfection!

I gotta have MORE EQ!!! You guys that can listen without eq drive me nuts. Same when someone says they listen on their phone. I always thought audiophile meant someone who wants perfection no matter the cost. I've already spent $2k but still want to see what this tube thing is all about.

There is no such thing as perfect. Any given person can change preferences from moment to moment. Do whatever floats your boat.
