Just tried the 1950's PW Audio cable designed by this guy: It was pretty amazing, and has re-defined how I thought about copper.

Ot: it is 1960s ,not 1950s, PW Audio. I am using the 4 wire for my iems and I agree that it is one of the very best copper cable for iems.....unless there is a 1950s (prototype?).

Ohh..you spoke too soon. It is a 1950s (new) :)

I did A/B against the 1960s model they had as I was originally interested in that. Now I can say there is a chasm of difference between the two. 1950's feels a lot more resolving.

Peter Wong, his 1960s cable is amazing, easily one of the best cable on my book at any price range.

At almost the end of the show today, I stumbled upon this Sonoma setup. Giving it a try, I was very impressed by how clear, and detailed it sounds. Vocals sound vivid, and instruments are separated, and positioned really well in its airy large soundstage. It has a neutral, balanced sound character with a light/medium sized notes. The bass is quick, tight, and supportive. It punches well, but IMO not hard enough for EDM tracks. It's overall great for listening to acoustic songs (guitar, and vocals especially). I really liked the sound, and am looking forward to trying it again Sunday. :)

What is the model of that Sonoma headphone pictured above?

Not sure if next year there will be another model. 1950's seemed pretty revolutionary. Anyway...onto prices..
