Any Kennerton headphones present?
I did not see any or see their banner on any of the exhibits. I could be wrong cause the day passed so quickly. I'm seeing things on this thread and wondering where the heck was that!?
«Now in connection with the holidays there will be a slight lull in travel around Russia.
But on March 25 we will already go to Kazan, everything is the same under the auspices of the Pult.ru
Meanwhile, we even managed to make a huge official shipment to the United States
and our headphones will be at CANJAM 2023 NY at the Audio 46 booth and at their Broadway showroom.»

I always thought I would love the IE600's bass but listening to the 200, 600, 900, and having previously owned the 300, the 900 is where it's at for me.

The bass on the 900 is better controlled than the others and seems to extend lower. Price is a huge deterrent with so many other options, so if I couldn't afford the 900, I would be happy enough with the 200.

If I may what stands out about the amp to you, what is the things that really capture your attention when you listen on it
Hi @Makiah S

Immediately, from the first sound, you can feel the X9000's maintained and precise driving.

The VIVA STX with the X9000: very very pleasantly surprised! This incredible couple offers precision, airiness and dynamics. That conquered me. The X9000 is driven in a masterly way.

The risk with the X9000 badly fed it is a soft side and an invading and not held bass. None of this with the VIVA STX.

The double bass pizzicati have the right density, tension and the right cut. The timbres are excellent. And what is impressive (but logical given the quality and precision of the VIVA STX) is the holography of the soundstage: We keep the binding and fluidity of the X9000 but with a separation in space and especially in depth and height which is really excellent and that I rarely feel. There is a blooming of the music that I appreciate a lot. No harshness, it is fluid, natural, easy, progressive. There are nuances, progressiveness of placement. Very very pleasant. One does not have too much the impression to have a helmet on the ears, one is in the music, it is a whole, coherent, beautiful and fluid!

Sunday will be better. Here are some interactions from my day one:..

Ety: Have you ever worn one? Would you like to start with the Westone tips?
Me: No, I want the full Etymotic experience. But just the tip.

Me: $35,000?
dCS: ...ish.
Me: $35000-ish? Why no 4.4?
dCS: No one has ever asked that before.
Me: ish.

UM: How do you like them?
Me: So... do you have anything in like the $300 range?
UM: Maybe you should try another table.

Me: Can I plug into this amp?
DCA: No, it's not working.
Me: What kind of Schiit is this?

Fir: Mind if I borrow your player to check something?
Me: Yeah, just don't open the folder labeled, "Not Porn."

Me: Is there a bass knob on your amp?
Rep: No.
Me: But you know you're Fostex, right?

Which tubes are the Envy setups using? Any new converts?

The Torino Valkyria @ $12k would have to be the ugliest headphone in the history of audio, hands down. They would have to pay me 12K to be seen with them with people or by myself. By some accounts they are outstanding although at least put some design effort to reflect it's price.

I can see that, but I like how unique they are. Both in sound and design.

Yes, of course, Diva Price is 2000-2500$ and waiting time is 6-8months up to a year or in some cases more.
It sounds exactly the same As Elysian Acoustics x Effect Audio Gaea, BUT Gaea has better Bass extension thanks to very special and hard to find in Iem Foster 9mm Driver which I liked.
So, basically, in my opinion:
1) same signature with better bass
2) no waiting time and great collab cable PLUS better shell and artwork (just prettier looking iem on top of all that)
3) and Yes I played with tuning, still like Gaea More
PS
Annihilator is still the Summit-Fi iem. But in its price bracket Gaea defeats Diva for me

Huh? Was there a significant price hike adjustment for Diva? It was around $1500 when it was launched. Definitely around the UM Mest price range.

Day 1 finished and phew am I tired!

A few highlights for me:

Headamp Grand Cayman:
Ohhhh boy is this thing good. Estats for me have always been impressive in some areas but needing the very best source gear to fix some of their issues, particularly in the bass region. Simply put the Cayman provided the best experience I've had with the Shangri-la SR and Stax X9000 thus far. Absolutely incredible. I'd love to compare it to the T2 at some point but they didn't have an X9000 at the booth.

ZMF Atrium Closed:
@zach915m has knocked it out of the park with this one!
I think if I had to pick between the two I'd go for the open atrium. But it's immensely impressive how close this sounds to the stock atrium and is for sure one of the best closed backs I've heard.
Also, if you try these, do ask to try them with the caldera suede pads. IMO that made them considerably better than the stock pads.

Modhouse Tungsten Prototype:
These aren't on demo at a booth but Ryan gave me a demo and oh goodness.... These are SERIOUSLY good.
These are honestly knocking on the door of some seriously high end cans (I'm talking Susvara etc) but for less than half the price.
The downside at the moment is they're just about the hardest to drive headphone you can get (dCS Lina amp and Holo Bliss could sit maxed out at slightly less than listening volume). Ryan is working on sorting that though. Definitely keep your eyes on this one!

Enleum 23RM:
This is the portable offering from Enleum. I did a review recently for the Enleum 23R desktop amp which was a little mixed. But this is a very impressive device. Not only in sound quality but also in features.
Its additionally one of the only current-drive amplifiers on the market. Not sure there are any other than the ones from bakoon which are hard to find.
Id quite like to do a full review of this. The Sennheiser HD800S with current drive is quite special!!

Tomorrow I'm gonna be doing some interviews with a few people and ticking off a couple products I want to hear (UM Mest MK3 is top of my list!). Also booked in to demo HE1.

Gonna be interesting to have compared Aperio, several top tier Shang SR chains and the HE1 within a short timespan.

Ill also be around the headphones.com booth a fair bit if anyone wants to come say hi!
Thank you for these impressions.

I did. He confirmed it’s not a 300B output. He said the 300B isn’t powerful enough so it needed a Mosfat for the output, but I’m not really sure what that means.
Since you're already there, you could ask Justin and Birgir on their opinion on that.

Exactly this.
I owned all 4. 900 are my daily driver (still i think full retail price is not justified) but I'd be happy to live with the 200 if money would be an issue. Really great IEM!
