Thanks for your kind words. Actually I started 5 years ago but not until earlier this year did I start viewing headfi frequently. I used XBA-H3, XBA-Z5, MDR-Z7, HD700, ve6xc, T8ie, etc. I've sold most of them and turned to Erlkonig. Not a real beginner I guess.

That’s quite a massive jump. Even higher than me when I started this crazy journey years ago. Lol

It is indeed a hard decision, but the moment I put Erlkonig in my ears and music started, I was flabbergasted. Personally I think it's an all-rounder, and I couldn't find a good reason to keep my old gears in my drawers.

I agree. What I like about it is its accuracy and timbre. It reveals what the artist and engineer intended. Let them provide the magic and the ERLK simply let it through vs being bass heavy, or overly warm, etc. On the LE edition Vision Ears has improved the cable. That might be an area to increase its performance for you. Tks.
