This marks our first time at CanJam, and we're really excited to showcase our latest products to all the audiophile friends there. :)

I just booked my flights!
Hopefully, Ethan, you can convince someone from Bloom Audio to attend, since they went all the way to the Lion City earlier this year.

Can someone please post a list of audio manufacturers who are based in Hong Kong, in case someone wants to visit their factory/showroom in order to audition products before or after the CanJam event.

Also, in my particular case, I would like to make a short video documentary of such factories for my YouTube channel (I'm planning to begin reviewing audio products shortly and would like to film such manufacturing facilities, if the manufacturers approve).
I've already made plans to visit iFi in Kowloon (as I need to replace my dud Phantom amplifier). :k701smile:

I don't know every single one, but there are some amazing Hong Kong manufacturers, who are pretty underrated. You can try contacting:

1. FAudio Workshop (You can find them like that on Facebook). They make incredible single DD IEMs with double diaphragms. I haven't tried a single IEM from them I didn't like. They also make some cables.
2. Ice Lab - CM. They're really popular with the locals. Not my favorite tunings since I didn't grow up here haha.
3. HUM. They make AMAZING portable Class A amplifiers. They also make some IEMs, but I haven't tried them.
4. Vortex Cables. They make really popular high end cables.
5. Panther Audio. Have never tried them.
6. Eminent Ears. This brand is getting really popular internationally due to their high end models Ruby and Emerald.
7. AROMA Audio. Quality quality quality stuff. These guys know what they're doing. They're a bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
8. PW Audio. One of the most famous cable brands.
9. Coast Audio. Unknown brand, but you can get really affordable custom IEMs from them. In my experience you can only get them from Apex Headphone in Mong Kok.

This list is in no particular order, and maybe I'm missing some. Just wanted to let you guys know a bit more about the Hong Kong audio scene.

Hope it helps!

Also in case you guys want to visit more audio stores before/after the show.

●In Mong Kok you can try:
-Audiostage: They have almost all of the hyped Chifi stuff, as well as some other interesting brands and high end stuff.
-Jaben: Super nice staff and they have tons of different IEMs. You can try all kinds of super expensive IEMs. I got to try the Campfire Audio Trifecta, Gaudio stuff, Oriolus, etc., there.
-DMA: They have many branches around HK but they carry everything from budget to high end stuff. It's inside the Sim City computer center they mentioned already.
-Rightshop Audio: A little bit smaller, but they have samples of older models or stuff they may not have at other stores.

●In Wan Chai you can go to the Wan Chai computer Center and try:
-DMA: Same shop as before, but a different branch.
-Let's Go Audio: They have two stores inside the computer center. One for more mainstream products like Bluetooth earphones, speakers, etc., and another one for personal audio. It's similar to DMA, but they carry some different brands.

There are more areas where you can find audio products like Sham Shui Po or Kwun Tong, but Mong Kong and Wan Chai would be my recommendations.
