Can you build a teeny-tiny Cmoy for me?

I'm getting my first pair of IEM's (my Ety ER-4p's are in transit...) soon and was wondering if anybody here makes a really small Cmoy - smaller than the Altoids models - for use with a Shuffle for the ultimate in portability. I remember seeing a tiny Cmoy on eBay awhile back (I think it was in a plastic housing about half the size of a tin) but cannot find it there, anymore. Plus, I didn't buy it then because I didn't know if the builder really knew what he was doing or if he was trustworthy.

I know you guys know what you're doing and are trustworthy. So, how about it? Anybody? Please PM your responses as I always manage to respond to PM's quicker than posts!

Thaks,
Dave

I'm working on one where the circuit itself is 0.5" by 0.55". Here's a paper mockup of the board:

It uses an improved CMoy topology (PINT-like), with an opamp as a rail splitter and a third ground channel. I have all the parts and am working on getting PCBs made. If all goes well I'll probably sell the completed boards, although I don't know what case to use. Any suggestions?

What are you planning on using for a power source?
tle2426 is available in so-8 format also.

Probably a 9-volt battery. I could use a TLE2426 instead of the opamp splitter, but I'd have to give up the active ground channel, and the extra resistors don't take up that much room on the other side of the board.
