I've always just used a homemade CD of pink noise.

Led Zeppelin 2. Put your bass boost on high if you have one and let them burn in for 12 hours or so. It really helps you loosen up the driver therefore breaking them in as well. Really made a difference with my SR 225's. Although they are still what I would consider on the bright side for my taste.

Yeah.. practically any cds.. with good combinations of rock, classical, some jazz and pop.
For me, the most efficient way is to hook em up to my computer and left it on for abt a few days while playing my whole collection of mp3s comprising usually all the necessary elements(rock, classical, etc) for burning in the drivers.
I find that classical and rock may well be the best, classical really put the great test/stress to the headphone.

I use my home-made cd. Basically, it's a bunch of noises, (pink, white, brown), and a TON of frequency sweeps, etc. If I need something specific(ex, pink noise), I can just loop it.
