supermini v6 analog, with booster (12v max)
i would probably only use 9 v though,.. 6 AAA.

is that enough to power the 250ohm beyer dt770's?

Yes, but barely. You will have to max it out at 12v, and even then it shouldn't live up to its potential. You need 18v+ to pull these things as deep and effortless and they go. But the Supermini is a great amp, and shoulder some of blow.
