I've had no problems wearing my PX100s with glasses on...they don't even go near the glasses while on my head. As for sound leakage...they do leak at obnoxious levels if you crank it up to loud levels. They're not as bad as Grados though, and I don't think they'd ever leak enough to disturb someone that were sleeping.

I wear glasses and use the PX200 which are practically the same buid as PX100, no problem at all and they are really comfortable. Consider the closed PX200 if you don't want to disturb ppl at night, I dont know how much sound the PX100 leak.
