You might need to explain your question a little more clearly - are you suggesting that you should be able to determine the SPL of your amp with a given headphone's impedance/sensitivity? Volume pots are usually logarithmic (rather than linear), so I don't think so.

I'd say it's possible, but why? There are so many other variables at play, even assuming the quoted SPL and efficiency specs from mfrs are accurate. I looked at the spreadsheet and saw different and wide-ranging SPLs for the Sennheiser HD580/600/650 and gave up.

Honestly, it's an impressive piece of work, but effort is probably best spent elsewhere - JMHO.
