Can anyone build a balanced cable for the ER-4S?

So, I hope I've come to the right place to ask if anyone knows how to build a balanced ety cable for use with a balanced amp (aka the Gilmore Balanced Reference).

I know this came up a while ago... but I was just checking to see if anyone made any progress or has the expertise to make one?

I have yet to try it, but it looks like this would do the job:

Just use 4 wires and a balanced connector instead.
