That’s hard to say but ponderosa is very much in the andromeda family imoCan the Ponderosa compliment my current lineup of:
Black Star
Andromeda Gold
Andromeda [OG]
Bolded because they are all BA designs also.
I liked them! Very fun, ultimately I didn’t use them enough to warrant keeping them. Also the most prettiest colorSince I happen to be around here I have to ask, am I the only fan of the venerable Polaris IIs these days? I actually liked the V1s as well, but I sold them years ago. I ended up picking up a pair of Polaris IIs used and it was like being reunited with an old friend who had made a few improvements in our time apart.
Anyways, they aren't as widely loved as the vaunted Andro series or as popular as some of the new successes like the Supermoons or Bonnevilles, but I was wondering if anyone else keeps a pair of them around like I do or if I'm just that lone nut out there like my loved ones keep saying...
Yeah crazy prices, Atlas as well!Drop has ponderosa and Supermoons at crazy prices if anyone wants. Just jumped on the ponderosa.
Maybe for fit and comfort and better cable (Timestream)That’s hard to say but ponderosa is very much in the andromeda family imo
I was looking at the Atlas on Drop just a few days ago, this is def a further price cutYeah crazy prices, Atlas as well!
I think so. I think the ponderosa and the Fathom both use knowles new dual diaphragm BAs only campfire and Astell and kern use them so far.Can the Ponderosa compliment my current lineup of:
Black Star
Andromeda Gold
Andromeda [OG]

I kick myself for missing out on the Vegas for $300. But $280 for the Atlas is tempting, but it would be a blind buy for me with no chance to return if I didn’t mind it.Yeah crazy prices, Atlas as well!
I hope so! I never heard the Cascade but I like how it looked, the materials used in its build, and that you could tune the sound with the supplied filters. Are we getting close to a new headphone release from CA?
