So my actual driver's license card came in the mail finally and I looked on the back and at one point it reads: 59. Provisional Licensee . You would think something issued by the government wouldn't have spelling errors on it. I will post a picture soon, the funny thing is that license is spelled right 3 other times. Is anyone else's license like that?

Yeah. That would mean you are a licensee (i.e., one to whom a license is granted) whose license was granted on a provisional basis. I see no mistake here.

Ahh the government is right I am wrong, I thought it meant that the license was a provisional license not that I was the provisional licensee, my bad.
