I'm after a bit of advice here folks if possible. I have read on various posts, especially in the "show us your build" thread, that when placing your volume pot within the amp's enclosure, ideally, it needs to be positioned to keep the wiring/cable run as short as possible from the pot to the........

Is it better to have the pot centrally located between the input's and output's of the amp, or do you want to keep the wiring run as short as possible between the pot and the input's? or the pot and the output's?

The volume pot should be located such that the wiring from its wiper pins to the amp board's input is kept as short as possible. This has nothing to do with the amp outputs.
