I have a Heir Audio 8.A and I've been switching between a Magnus and a different custom cable for a while... Honestly I'm not a fan of either. Not because of sound but because of ergonomics. The custom cable doesn't have the memory wire, which I like, but the plugs on the CIEM stick out really, really far. Because of this they push up against my cheekbones and I have to actually flex them outwards in order to use them, which is terrible.
Honestly, what I almost want is a standard Westone cable but no memory wire.
My budget is sub $100, I'd prefer a clear cable if I can find one that won't oxidize but it's not a deal breaker.
Any suggestions?
