C&C support, where is it?

12 days ago I emailed C&C that my XO wasn't functioning. two days later I received an automated email stating their Spam Filter was stopping customer emails but they had it fixed and would email me soon. That's nine days ago, I've emailed them twice more, no response from C&C.

Their website says XO FAQ support in "coming soon". the XO was introduced months ago, around May I believe. Seems to me there's been more than enough time to add a support page. Not a good sign.

Does anyone have a better way to contact C&C other than the support@headb.com address?

Also is there a head-Fier out there who knows what the "Warning" light means on the XO?

I received an email from Roman at C&C last night. Apparently they out-source their IT and haven't been getting much support. He believes it's the battery and wants me to return it to the PA office for replacement.

How did this issue work out for you. I've been looking at the XO Just wondering how their support is if their is a problem. Thanks
