C&C BOXv2 vs Penguin "Caffeine"

i'm planning to do 2 things:

1.) mainly use it for ipod 5.5G --> amp --> super.fi 4
2.) ipod 5.5G --> amp --> DT-770/250 (rarely)

which one do you guys think is better? C&C BOX v2 or penguin "caffeine"?

oh, i'm buying them used from someone on the board in the FS forum

would there be something wrong with the amp though that can't be fixed except by the headb ppl?

No, the C&C Box V2 is a dependable amp, I have one. C&C's problem seems to be with the XO.
