Hi everyone. I currently listen to music on my PC with a ASUS Xonar Essence STX sound card outputting to Bose QC20 earphones. I am looking to do a sonic upgrade, starting with a DAC/headphone amp.
Looking around, the Aune X1S looks to be a good pick. I like option of having both optical and USB inputs, and the ES9018 should provide basis for good audio accuracy.
Just thought I'd check with you fine folk if that sounds like a good purchase, or you think I could do better for around the same money...
