Hello,

Now I was looking at the Archos 404 and wanted to ask two questions.
First, Can I record audio from the line-in and play music through the line-out cables with out the docking station? Secondly, Does it really charge through usb? Or can I use my old AC Power adapter that came with the Archos 120 to charge it?

There's a type of wall wart with a female USB receptable that virtually allows you to charge a device directly from an outlet. Not sure what's it's called exactly, but I hope you get the idea.
