Buying a new Headphones tommorow. NEED ADVICE!!!!

i listen to metal and rock mostly. I also need them to be noicecanseling. I've narrow it down to The Panasonic RP-HTX7 and HD 457.
they have to be less than a $100.

The Equation-Audio RP21 are very well thought of. I think if you look hard enough you should be able to find them under $100. If not, I think they are about $120. They are sealed and isolate noise quite well.

Used Grado 125s may be around that price point and are pretty good cans for the money.

Yes but Grado 125's arent sealed so they wouldnt cancel out noise as well...

Do they have to be full size? If you include IEM's you can get excellent isolation for $60-100 and be portable at the same time.

The RP-HTX7 is a great choice for their price of about $40. They sound good and isolate fairly well. If you need active noise canceling look at the Audio Technica ATH-ANC7.

X2 on the ATH-ANC7. They sounded great for noise canceling cans IMHO.
