As far as I can see there is no ventilation, just a fan, to me it's kind of a weird thermal management decision... Good ventilation vs a noisy fan...

According to their page, the fan is idle 90% of the time. It will depend on the weather of your country.

The 1 Ohm version its incredibly hard to drive. It may get hot 

 
Unless you have the version that lets you change between 4 and 1 ohm.
