Burn-in for Etymotics?

Is there a benefit to burning-in Etymotic ER4Ps? If so, what's the best way to go about it? They are to be used with a 4G iPod. I have a stereo I can use for burn-in.

I would leave them plugged into an FM station for a few days, that's what I did with mine at night when I wasn't using them.
