Building Sundara balanced cable xlr>3.5mm.

Hi guys. Well, I'm having a balanced cable made for my Sundaras. Full size 4 pin xlr to 3.5mm.
The builder wants to know the proper wiring connections for the Sundara. Can anyone help? Hope I stated this coherently enough to be understood...
