Well I finally ordered all the rest of the parts I need for my millet, except Buffers. I might try and pick some BUF634's up on ebay. But over on diyforums there has been talk of the diamond buffers for a while. How far away are these things from being done and ready and does anyone know approximately how much they will cost?

Probably the best place to answer that question is on diyforums - that said, I believe Nate has said that when they're ready they will make an annoucement about a group buy for it. Until then, you just have to wait. But I could be wrong.

Steve,

Clutz is right, this isn't the place to discuss the development of the DBs. For now I'd suggest picking up some OPA551s, they're a bit cheaper than the BUF's and more importantly they are available.

HTH,

Nate

thanks for your help but I just found out that my college electrical engineering department has a huge catalouge of stuff I can buy on site or order and I don't have to pay for shipping. Wow I could have just bought stuff on campus all along rather than dealing with mouser/digikey. I feel pretty stupid
