Budget Cans ...help please

okay so im looking for some cans...my first cans actually..i am willing to spend up to $250..heres the deal i need lots of bass..i would like good mids and highs but bass is the number one issue...any ideas???

$250 cans ain't really "budget" for me...

well, anyways, the Denon D2000's have been talked about quite a bit here and they do have monster bass, although maybe too much for some including myself. Another alternative can be the Beyerdynamic DT 770, which may have even more monsterous bass, but either one will need amp to sound to their best. If you don't want amp, the AT ATH-900's are also pretty good all-around with decent amount of bass.
