Goal: Finding a budget amp $150 USD cap

Short Version

I plan on getting a set of Dt 990s 250ohms. Wondering what budget amp would you guys suggest pairing with turtle beach adapter (Essientially a DAC) http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-Upgrade-Headset-Compatibility-TBS-0115-01-4/dp/B00JC5Y9LK/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1432590081&sr=1-5&keywords=turtle+beach+adapter to use with my PS4/PS3/TV?

Long Version

My Turtle Beach P11 ended up finally dying on me so I ended up on the journey of upgrading to a head-fi quality set up. Ended up nearly purchasing the Steel Series H but backed down when I realize I could buy a condenser mic for my system and then getting a set of nice cans, dac and a amp for around the same price of the H's but at the same time having a decent set up for audio across several platforms, consoles/tv/computer.

Purchased the Blue Snowball Ice for my mic, been using it for a couple days and pretty happy with the 40 bucks I've spent on it. Now it's time for getting the audio setup. I finally realized the turtle beach adapter I was using with my P11s on the Ps4 is a DAC, I shifted my journey to getting a budget amp. Mind you I do realize in the future I would need to upgrade to a better DAC. As I mentioned before I do plan on using this setup with the PS4, PS3, TV and somehow my computer. So it doesn't have to be a portable solution.

The contenders for this budget amp

Magni 2 http://www.amazon.com/Schiit-SCH-0702-Magni-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B00SCBKPW2

Magni 2 Uber (little over budget) http://www.amazon.com/Magni-2-Uber-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B00SCBX6FA/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1432594630&sr=1-1&keywords=Magni+2+uber

Monoprice Desktop AMP http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=120&cp_id=12008&cs_id=1200801&p_id=11567&seq=1&format=2#specifications

Cayin C5 http://www.amazon.com/Cayin-Portable-Headphone-Amplifier-Brushed-Warranty/dp/B00T896120/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1432594926&sr=1-1&keywords=cayin+c5

And any suggestions you make.

Thanks Gents and Ladies.

Magni 2 is probably the simplest/safest bet. No reason for the Cayin because DT990s aren't really portable. The Uber is nice, but not needed IMHO. Monoprice is nice, if you want a USB DAC too.

Thank you. I'm looking at purchasing the Magni 2 within a couple weeks. I really should get the 990's first but, the amp is the cheapest purchase right now :p. I also like to thank you for not saying "just get a mixamp". That statement for some reason kind of bothers me.
