If you go back and checked the posts here from the beginning of the thread you will note many people having problems getting what they paid for. I personally dealt with him on a few occasions. All but one was OK. I got his phone number from one of the members.I called him and talked for awhile. After what was about 4 months, he then sent me my cables within about a week. Some people waited several months to get re-cabled headphones back. I think that some never did.
Read the thread to understand the "spotty" designation.
Ah, I thought spotty before getting into cables. Yes, I am more than aware of the BTG issues, and I could not believe how stone cold he just ignored emails and even PayPal cases.

I don't get it. I ordered a cable in November 2019 and he should at least acknowledge whatever was going on.

I think he moved on from the cable business Summer 2019. Just abandoned in a instant. While the website and PP were still taking orders, there was nobody on the other side. It was a easy PP refund, but if you were not aware the business was abandoned, it seem like cable business as usual. If it weren't for posters here raising red flags, I may have delayed pursing PP refund.

Even though it's too late, I would still try PP since it's an unusual case.

Well, he also did not return headphones and cables sent in for modification / connector change. So it is a bit more than just "moving on", he did not fulfill basic obligations such as returning items people trusted him with.

Yes, I'm not trying to downplay the situation. It's terrible. But for those whom purchased online 'Ready to Ship' items from Summer 2019 to when the website closed down, it was a straightforward refund. In Adnan's case, they can attempt to request a refund since PP maybe aware on the business being dormant. Long shot but worth a try. Once the website went down, that was probably the last window of opportunity.
