Hello, 
my B&W P5 didn't work anymore, I need new headphones. I'm on a budget. I like both iems or earpad (btw which is better in terms of SQ and soundstage?) 
 
My source: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 + Spotify (FLAC sometimes).
My env: Office

100 euros at max for the headphones only.
 
But if you guys thinks that external DAC should be mandatory in respect of Note 4 SQ... let me see.

I had the Note 2. Sound quality is pretty good. I'd put all my money into headphones or IEMs. Check out this table of IEM ratings: http://theheadphonelist.com/headphone-list/. The make/model name links to a review for each.
