So I'm sad to say that my MS-1's kind of broke, where the left side of the band meets the speaker part separated, and when I put it back in it falls out really easily because it seems to have stripped the plastic hole where it goes in.

What's the best way to fix this? I can provide pics if anyone needs them, but basically the left earphone thingy fell off of the rest of the headphone.

Do you mean the left cup came of the rod? If so, just super glue or epoxy it, and problem solved. Lots of people have had this problem with Grados.

I heard someone took it to a store or something and all they did was super glue it back on (epoxy?) but he said it worked good as new.

Epoxy can help fill stuff out (e.g. cracked or chipped out areas)... otherwise, superglue does the trick. Glad to hear your cans are together again. Enjoy the music!
