I stopped in at a local audio dealer hear in LA yesterday to talk about a pair of speakers he has on the floor that I am interested in purchasing and he informs me of a great deal on two new Meridian G08s he had on the floor. I am really torn between new speakers which I really really need and this great deal on the Meridian. I found his Agon listing here-

but he is negotiable

which makes this more appealing.

I am posting this here because I know the HeadFi group has a real appreciation for Meridian as do I and so that if anyone buys the G08s I won't be able to, and then I can buy the speakers with a clear conscience.

I was told full intact warranty since these are new. You need to confirm this with the seller David at least the one I am considering has the full mfgrs warranty.
