I have an opportunity to get D33 for $60. I will pair this to my SR325. I don't know if this is a good deal or a good comb.
Any suggestion is welcome...

The D33 is one very nice player and I really like it a lot. It will very happily drive low impedance cans like the Grados, and I suspect sonically they'd be a good match. But 60$ is a lot of money for a D-33, even if it's brandnew (how come, BTW?), although people have spent a lot more on a lot worse players...
I suppose you're aware of the D-33 being more transportable than portable. No antiskip, very battery hungry and somewhat bulky. Nice for a bedside, office, etc. system but nothing you'd go jogging with...

i'll second PeterR. This would make a good transportable rig, but nothing you could walk with. Although I'm sure that the sound out of the headphone jack will beat todays players 60 USD seems a bit too high of a price to pay for such an old piece of gear without warranty (I assume).

I found it in a very small shop with every accessories(including box, mannual...). I ever bought a old d303 for $150 but it broke soon. Now I am afraid of buying the "Vintage PCDP". They are too easy to be broken, although they really sound so wonderful.

I am listening the SR325 with D33 and they really sound fantastic...

. Power bass and excellent details. D33 is really a power monster. Turnning the volume between 1 and 2 is loud enough for SR325...$60 is worthy.......

Certainly. I love it. I've had mine for 7 months now, and the only thing that's happened to it is the lid sort of sticks when you press the open button. Otherwise it works great. I use it in my bedside rig and it works perfectly for that.
